Nightingale movie is available to watch online free. For Nightingale, Some people may have trouble sitting through the extreme sexual violence in the first half and the movie is really dark and depressing in general. Anyway, this is a GREAT movie. Seriously check it out if you think you can handle it. The cinematography is gorgeous and the pacing is quite good for the way this film is structured.
Aisling Franciosi is incredible for the demanding role she was given and Sam Claflin is really great as the villain. This film probably will go under the radar and won’t win any awards but it’s the best film of the year in my opinion and Aisling Franciosi is my pick for best actress. Only flaw I have with the movie is the over use of dream sequences that just add a few scares throughout the Nightingale film instead of adding depth to the character. Other than that this movie is a masterpiece.

The Nightingale Movie:
Clare, a young Irish convict, chases a British officer through the rugged Tasmanian wilderness and is bent on revenge for a terrible act of violence the man committed against her family. On the way, she enlists the services of Aboriginal tracker Billy, who is marked by trauma from his own violence-filled past.
The tears were streaming down my face at the end of this movie, truly feeling the collective pain of humanity and the vast suffering in our past and present. Not for those seeking a “feel good movie,” but a honest depiction of the crimes of colonization, white supremacy, the brutalization of women, and indigenous people of color.
A truthful look at history….not a whitewashed version that sugar coats realities of our past. There were parts of this movie that were extremely hard to watch (I had to look away), but brilliantly acted by Clare and Billy, the two lead characters. The film also fairly captures the fact that white men harnessed cruel power and control over other their white counterparts (i.e. the British who enslaved the Irish) and pointed out through the narrative of Billy that the aboriginal population had bad men too. Sending prayers for healing and alleviation of violence, oppression, and the toxic patriarchy once and for all. Excellent movie—beautifully directed.

An absolute masterpiece. This film serves it up Tasmania’s cruel and bloody history with furious force. I was taken through a full range of responses and emotions while feasting on magnificent natural forest locations. The conclusion of Nightingale found me feeling raw but tearfully satisfied. Bravo cast and director.
Introduction:
watching full The Nightingale 2019 watch online: Amazing study of life during penal times in Tasmania. But We need to know this stuff and it socks you in the face with its violence- no holding back and why should it.
The acting is well-executed especially by the leads. The photography breathtaking along with sound production. I left with my heart beating noticeably but with not just tension-I was mesmerized about it. Go and see this film if you want to support great Aussie film making.
I saw this movie last Friday night & it is brilliant But everyone beware it is extremely contravesial and a tough watch but it’s a movie that dares to go where other movie wouldn’t dream of. The Nightingale Performances are outstanding. If you love movie that dare to push boundaries then this is a must see And what I liked about this movie is unlike Lars von Trider movies, it wasn’t contravesial for the sake of shock value, very contravesial scene in this The Nightingale movie was part of the storytelling and to understand the motives of various characters as the movie progresses.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie. It was certainly thought provoking and at time challenging to watch, but the sense of anger and loss portrayed throughout the movie was hard to ignore.
The character development was incredibly well done and the depth of feeling evoked throughout the film is to be congratulated. I’d certainly recommend this film to anyone who is interested in seeing a true and realistic portrayal of our Australian history.
I loved this excellent The Nightingale Australian film because it presents the horror and rawness of the treatment of convicts and Aborigines in Tasmania against a backdrop of the Tasmanian wilderness. I’ve always found the Australian bush creepy, especially at night and this film captures that eeriness.
The juxtaposition of the Irish language with the Aboriginal, while it could have been contrived is authentic and superbly done. But The only thing I found disconcerting was that the female lead, Aisling Franciosi.
Public Remarks:
The Nightingale is a Excellent psychological journey of our two anti-heroes from vengeance to acceptance for one and acceptance to vengeance for the other. All because of this set in a barbaric time in Australian history.
AMAZING The Nightingale AUSTRALIAN FILM! Accurate portrayal of the brutality toward Aboriginals. Do not watch with children. You are captivated from start till end. The lead actors did a fantastic job bringing the characters to life. The raw emotion and turmoil throughout the entire film has you heavy at the end. Have a romantic comedy handy for a debrief.
